Chaland is a co-founder and co-owner of esthétic and runs our modern hair salon specialising in bespoke colour services. Chaland is renowned for creating blondes, balayage and lived-in, low maintenance colour using @keuneuk and @olaplex.

Chaland started his decade-long career working in high profile salons in brighton where he quickly established himself as a colour specialist gaining a technical colour diploma. He recognised he had a talent in providing the perfect hair colour and has continued to perfect his craft by attending multiple seminars, courses and shadowing the best colourists in the country.

Chaland believes in one-to-one appointments ensuring his guests always receive the very best of his knowledge and creativity. Chaland also owns his first salon Chaland Ellis which he opened in 2014.

GRACE HULL

Grace owner of hair by Grace, with 8 years experience in the hair extension industry, Grace studied for many years and attended college where she found her passion for hair and hair extensions. Having built up an extensive clientele and being the choice for hair extensions in the brighton, hove and lewes area, Graces reputation has grown dramatically which has prompted her to join esthètic, who all share the same passion as her for client care within the business.

Hair by Grace, specialises only in hair extensions and hair care for her clients which has given her a wealth of knowledge in her sector in providing the best care and aftercare for everyone who visits.
